Packaged desktop deployment

MSI/EXE artifacts for Windows and PKG/DMG artifacts for macOS with zero-touch MDM profiles.

The workspace marks these as gaps or deferred work, not as available product features.

Windows and macOS packages ship today; a native Linux endpoint agent and package remain future work.

The current proxy path has known QUIC/HTTP3 boundaries; broader native enforcement remains deferred.

Current policy targeting is host and policy-group based. Broader user and identity-group scope is not claimed today.
